Basil and Garlic Potatoes | | Ingredients: 11 medium potatoes (about 3 1/2 lb.) , thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 can (14 oz.) Chicken Broth (1 3/4 cups)
| Directions: LAYER half the potatoes, garlic, basil and pepper in 3-qt.shallow baking dish. Repeat layers. Pour broth over potato mixture.
BAKE at 350°F. 1 hr. or until potatoes are tender.
