I have watched my sister go through something similar.
Her ex owes her lots of child support but she doesnt do anything.
Her ex also wont give her any of the kids prescription meds if he pays for them so the kids go without their meds.
I am so disgusted by the whole situation. We havent talked in years.
Im a firm believer in taking care of your kids.
I feel for Tamara. Sounds like she's got a lot hitting her right now but ya have to be strong and take care of your kids. I would doubt that she can force her son to live with her. I think most states have similar laws about the kids being able to make their own decisions once they are 12 years old.
