Mock Filet Mignon
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dried minced onion
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. garlic juice
Salt & pepper to taste
4 slices bacon
Combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, onion, catsup, garlic juice, salt & pepper, shape into 4 patties. Wrap slice of bacon around each patty, secure w/wooden pick. Broil over hot coals, 4 to 5" from source of heat, for 7 mins. on each side or until of desired doneness.
