Easy Stroganoff
1 lb. ground beef chuck
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 c. noodles
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
3 c. canned tomato juice
1 c. sour cream
Minced parsley to taste
Brown beef & onion in 2 tbsp. fat in deep skillet, stirring occasionally. Place beef in greased casserole. Arrange noodles over beef. Stir Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, salt & pepper into tomato juice, pour over noodles. Simmer, covered, for 25 mins. or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream. Sprinkle w/parsley before serving.
