Oven Fried Haddock
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. milk
6 haddock fillets
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Melted butter
Combine salt & milk, dip fish in milk mixture. Roll in bread crumbs, place in greased shallow baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over fish. Bake at 500 F. for 10 to 15 mins., turning once. Sprinkle lemon juice over fish, if desired.
