Garlic Shrimp & Vegetables
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 lb. peeled, deveined lg. shrimp
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lime
Salt & black pepper
Heat butter & oil in med. skillet or wok over med. heat. Add onions & red pepper. Stir fry 2 mins. or until vegetables are crisp tender. Add shrimp & garlic, stir fry 2 mins. or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in lime juice. Season w/salt & black pepper to taste. Garnish as desired.
