Macaroni & Sausage Bake
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. elbow macaroni
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
2/3 c. milk
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. shredded processed American cheese
Cook macaroni according to pkg. directions. Cook sausage & onion until browned. Drain off excess fat. Combine sausage mixture, macaroni, soup, milk, eggs & cheese. Place in 2 qt. casserole. Bake at 350 F. for 40-45 mins.
