Deep Dish Taco Squares
2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. cold water
1 lb. ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Combine biscuit mix & water, stirring w/a fork until blended. Press mixture in bottom of a lightly greased 12x8x2" baking dish. Bake at 375 F. for 9 mins. Cook ground beef, green pepper & onion in a lg. skillet until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat, drain well. Stir in tomato sauce, spoon over crust. Combine sour cream, cheese & mayonnaise in a med. bowl, spoon over meat mixture. Sprinkle top evenly w/paprika. Bake at 375 F., uncovered, for 25 mins. or until casserole is lightly browned. Cut into squares to serve.
