Ginger Pork Loin Roast 5 lbs. pork loin roast 1/2 c. pineapple juice 1 tbsp. ginger 2 tbsp. light molasses Place pork roast in shallow roasting pan, fat side up. Insert meat thermometer into loin part of roast. Combine remaining ingredients to make a glaze. Roast at 325 F. for 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 hrs. or until thermometer reads 170 F. Baste w/glaze every half hour. 8-10 servings. |
