BANANA PANCAKES INGREDIENTS - 4 bananas
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Skin and scrape the bananas; mash through a potato ricer, fruit press or colander. Add the milk and well-beaten egg.
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt into mixture and beat until smooth. Fry on hot greased griddle. They should be small and oblong. Serve with syrup.
