HAM & CHEESE BALL
1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp grated onion
1 tsp dry mustard
½ tsp. paprika
1 (2 ¼ oz.) can deviled ham
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
½ C. chopped pecans
Combine all ingredients except pecans, mixing well. Chill thoroughly (overnight). Shape into ball and coat with pecans. Chill for several hours. Serve with a variety of crackers.
