Chocolate Wheaten Slice
1 cup S R flour
1 tablespoon cocoa
3 weet- bix finely crushed
1 cup lightly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
125g [ 4 oz] melted butter.
Sift flour and cocoa into a large bowl, stir in the rest of
the ingredients. Mix well
Press mixture firmly into a greased 19cm x 29cm lamington pan
and bake in
a 180C preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until
browned.
Remove from oven.
Melt 150g chopped cooking milk chocolate with 20g butter
until smooth.
Spread melted chocolate over warm slice.
Refrigerate until slice is firm. Cut slice into squares to
serve.
