Meals at Di's Diner: These past few weeks have been freezer friendly or oven friendly. ---------- I'll do this weeks meals: ------ Sunday family meal. Just Glen and Dianne home as Hannah was at a concert. One boneless pork chop for Dianne, one boneless rib-eye steak for Glen. Salad and baked potatoes. -------------- Monday: 4 sirlion steaks someone brought on Confirmation party as a gift for the parents.... There's more to this story.. Tomato soup, different liquids with I have no idea the amounts: Liquids were; leftover coffee, beer, water with remaining good stuff from soup cans, horseradish and a dap of hot mustard. Baby carrotts, celery, and onions all added to baking dish.... Mashed potatoes ------------- Tuesday: Ham ends from Easter breakfast hams... Hmm... Obrien frozen potatoes, french style green beans, thawed. 8-10 well beaten eggs, also from the church Easter breakfast, they need to be used... Shredded frozen chesses leftover from Confirmation lazanga.. Hmm... Deep dish pie dish well greased Potatoes as crust Mix everything else and pour over and bake until set... ------------- Wednesday: Barb'q made with the leftover meat from Monday Just bottled barbq sauce added to shredded meats. Buns and boxed Kraft Macaroni salad. -------------- Thursday: Leftover mashed potatoes made into potato soup with a few ham edges. Fry the ham and make soup. Frozen, thawed milk from Easter breakfast.. Hmm... Onion, garlic and hopefully the last of the celery from Confirmation! ( I did tell the congregation we needed the 10 gallons of milk before 4:00am Easter Sunday monring, NOT 8:00AM... HMM.. You know it, we had to go buy milk at 4:00am...) ------------ Friday: I think I'm home by myself. Glen and Hannah are going to our daughter Treyce's for a nice bike ride, Elise will be all moved in and I think she's riding her own bike. There's a group bike ride for Saturday..... Dianne likes to be home alone every now and again. They will all be back in time for a nice family meal for Mother's Day! I'll have some great treats for them to take along... ------------- Saturday: College graduation. I'll be at several graduation parties. I can go to these parties and not eat a thing, yet you know how these all go... Off early bakery work to allow me to get to all this. I'll be tired by the end of my day. I'll eat somewhere along the line.. Tee hee..... ---------------- Sunday: Family will come home to baked chicken, sweet potatoes, twiced baked stuffed potatoes, green bean cassorole. Dianne will be thankful SCHOOL'S OUT FOR SUMMER!! ---------------- I do have a plan for the week of May 15-20. Di's Diner is closed! Dianne.
