BREAKFAST, LUNCH, BRUNCH, SUPPER, SNACKS..

INGREDIENTS:
12 ounces low-fat, bulk breakfast, sausage
3 slices white bread, torn into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
6 eggs
1 cup low-fat milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Ingredients
7 1/2 cups water
2 (10.5 ounce) cans vegetable broth
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup
5 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder
1 1/2 cups diced carrots
1 1/2 cups diced celery
1 cup green peas
1 1/2 cups uncooked orzo pasta
1/2 cup fresh parsley

Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 pinch poultry seasoning
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can milk

--------------------------------------------------------

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
1/2 fluid ounces white wine
2 (46 founce) cans tomato juice
3 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 cup orange marmalade
ground black pepper

INGREDIENTS:

I used 3 THICK cut old white bread slices, cubed.

4 long thick summer sausages. Hmm, I think these were summer sausage, these might have been Polish sausages,though..
Diced.

2 cups frozen french cut green beans, thawed and rained, not cooked.
-------------------------------
6 well beaten eggs

1 can evaporated skim milk

1 cup cheedar cheese
-------------
Salt and pepper to taste.
---------
Buttered a 9 inch square baking dish.

Layered bread, sausages, green beans, cheese. In that order.

Pressed down.
-----------
Beat eggs and milk well.
-----
Poured over entire pan, adding more milk if needed.
----------
Covered. and placed in fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
---------------
Removed from fridge 30 minutes

Baked 1 hour 350 degrees or until eggs are set.

Allow to stand 10 minutes.

Add all to a buttered baking dish.

Bake until chicken is done.
