DI'S KITCHEN: Week of DEC 12TH- DEC 17TH: --------------- Monday: 1. 3 sirloin pork chops 2. 1 lb. frozen french style green beans 3. 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 4. 10 large baked potatoes 5. 2 cups homemade croutons ------------------- Tuesday: 1. 4 peeled baked potatoes from Monday, cubed 2. 2 cans cheddar cheese soup 3. 1 lb baby carrotts 4. 1 diced onion or dried to equal 5. milk enough for soup or hot dish... ------------------- Wednesday: 1. 1 can Dinty More Beef Stew 2. Leftover pork from Monday 3. Whatever leftover veggies from Monday and Tuesday. 4. Toasted day old buns 5. 1 bag pre-cut lettuce ------------------- Thursday: 1. 6 skin-on chicken breasts 2. 1 box Stove top chicken dressing 3. 1lb peas 4. 1 pre-packed bag cloe slaw veggies 5. I think we need some ice cream!!! ----------- FRIDAY: 1. Leftover chicken meat 2. 1lb stir-fry frozen veggies 3. 4 cups long cooking rice, uncooked. Divided 4. 6 eggs and 6 cups whole milk or evaporated milk 5. sugars and spices for a rice pudding. -------------------- Okay, group, let's see what you can create. I'll add my meals later. Dianne.
