Shake off as much liquid as you can. Add to mixing bowl containing: 2 beaten eggs. Toss hot noodles with eggs, adding 1-2 tablespoons butter. ---------------- Using a well buttered deep dish pie pan: Create a NOODLE CRUST with noodle mixture. -------------- Mix the spagetti sauce with any veggies you wish. I had some canned mushrooms, diced green peppers, onions, and a few black olvies laying around in the fridge.. Place on noddle crust. Top with your choice of cheese. ----------- Bake 350 until heated through and crust is browned. About 1 hour. ---------- You can use any pie dish for this. --------------------- Wednesday: We had a bad day at the bakery Tuesday. This means we had to make several dozen buns over.. These are okay for toast and stuff like that, yet not for sale. I brought home several buns. ------------- I was going to make gravy and pork. These buns would be better with a barb-q roast mixture. ------------------ Shredd the pork Add to any oven ready cookware. Or crockpot Add the barb-q sauce. I like to add 1/2 can smashed chili beans, more if I would have more pork. Omit if you'd rather not have this. ----- Bake in slow oven about 3-4 hours. Stirring as needed. -------- Toast buns --------------- 3 banana's? I still have some cake left from Monday. I peeled them and placed them in the freezer for anouther day. Dianne
