I am going to be moving my own group to Aimoo
Here is the link to the forum, if you would like to look it over.
They will transfer your group for you, and it will show as a link to a 'read only' whole group .
It takes seven days for the full transfer, could be longer for here, because of the larger content.
You can make any of your new pages for continuing posts.
but not on the link to the old group.
It will have to be at the aimoo site.
As with most of the other transfers, to anywhere on the net, you take your chances on having everything follow you, to any new place you choose.
This is the only one so far, I have found, that just transfers the link to the group, and allows others to read.
It does however make the link as permenant, and no longer a part of msn.
So the page won't disappear when msn shuts us down.
Any page that is set up as staying locked, like documents, will not transfer, (as is the same, with any transfer, to any other forum.)
It's something to think about
