I know everyone is about ready to pull their hair out over all this moving..
---------------------
If one of you would please move our group to aimoo, I'd kiss your feet.
I've tried to move the group a few times and it still says wrong whatever.
I'll try again today, yet...
Dianne.

Just curious....how could an assistant manager get approval to move the group?
Not trying to be difficult.......just wondering that's all.

Dianne is just an assit manager, you know.
THAT'S ME..
I created a new site where you'all have been joining.
I simply haven't been able to get this new site to move the group over. Something about our site address not being correct.OUTDATED.
So since you are the same tytle as I am, GIVE IT A TRY, GIRLFRIEND.
Dianne.

I'm not sure, because I haven't tried moving mine yet.
I'm still putting things in place first, but I think you have to put the address of your msn site in, from your 'whats new' page.
and everything that is locked to the public has to be opened up.
other than that, I think any assistant manager can move the group.

The only way you would maybe have a problem is if someone has already moved it, without your knowledge to somewhere else.

Just throwing some possibilities out for you.

Thank you Panther..I wasn't aware of that.....Dianna....I wasn't ridiculing....... I merely asked a question and frankly I didn't recognize "panthers" name....
I was under the impression from what I have been told by other Managers, that only a Manager could "authorize" the movement/relocation of a group.
I belong to one group where the Manager is dying of cancer, and  the assistants have gone through hell & high water to get the group moved......."for the sick manager"!
Almost had to give over their first born to have it happen.
It is scary to think that could happen without the Managers okay.
BTW......has anyone heard from McClug?

Hi,
I hope I added the 2 of you as administrator's.
If what we need to do is delete the group I started, then let me know.
One of you will have to try to move the group.
Then, add me as an administrator, also.
Yes, we're all ready to pull out or hair.
I will make the 3 of us mangers, owners if I can of THIS group.
That might make the move easier.
That is if I can.
Wish me luck, girlfriends.
Dianne.

I gaveit a try to ugrade us all.
I do not think it's possible.
I fearfully think our fearless leader has left us on our own.
Her brain cancer may have caught up with her..
I honestlly do not know how to move this group at this moment, other than deleteing the 1st group and starting competely over.
I already deleted the 1st group, the one you all are signed into is the 2nd try.
Maybe the 3rd time will be the chamer.
Goodluck ladies.
DiAhnha.

Don't do any deleting of anything. you'll see how to do things, just take your time and experiment.
the first thing is to make a new topic, over there , or a new catagory, or something to get your feet wet.
make it fun, not work. Things will work out.

I'm going to go into the help section and ask why the group hasn't been moved after DiAnhna had moved it day's (more than a week) ago.

I am not positive, but I think you have to have some catagories or posting over there first.

*I made a catagory for the threads called Public Posting Area.

**I also made a new sub catagory called General where we can start our threads, or reply to others threads.

***To start a new thread, in the General section, click New Topic.
To get a rich text window (with the tool bar for options) click 'Reply'

note: quick reply does NOT offer rich text.

I'm re-adding our link to the aimoo site so it doesn't disappear to page 2 with our posts in here.
