Cake, Twinkie Cake


  • 1 box Twinkies
  • 2 pints strawberries
  • 3 large bananas
  • 1 large package vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 (9.6-ounce) tub whipped topping
  • Chopped nuts (optional)     
  1. Split 9 Twinkies in half and layer the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with them. The cream side should be facing up.
  2. Cut up strawberries and bananas and layer pieces across the Twinkies.
  3. Make the pudding as directed on the package minus 1 cup of milk. Pour pudding on top of Twinkies and fruit.
  4. Spread whipped topping over pudding. Sprinkle with nuts and decorate with fruit if desired. Place in refrigerator for 3 hours.

Serves 10 to 15
