Crockpot, Pork Chops, Savory (Easy)


  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup low-salt soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup honey (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed  
  • Pepper to taste   
  1. Place pork chops in slow cooker.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
  3. Cook on low setting for 6 hours, until internal temperature of pork has reached 160°F.
