Rice, Fried Rice w/Ham - 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs, scrambled and chopped
- 1 cup leftover chopped ham
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons water
- Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Heat the mixture thoroughly. Serve hot.
