Salad, Easy Bean Salad


  • 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed*
  • 1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (8-ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 3/4 cup medium salsa
  • 1/4 cup fat-free French dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste   
  1. In a large bowl, toss together the black beans, garbanzo beans, cannellini beans, water chestnuts, salsa, and dressing.
  2. Season with garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
  3. Cover, and chill until serving.
