Salad, Easy Bean Salad - 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed*
- 1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (8-ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 3/4 cup medium salsa
- 1/4 cup fat-free French dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, toss together the black beans, garbanzo beans, cannellini beans, water chestnuts, salsa, and dressing.
- Season with garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
- Cover, and chill until serving.
