2 tablespoons butter or margarine 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced 1-3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth (regular, Natural Goodness�?B> or Certified Organic) 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup dried cranberries or dried cherries Heat 1 tablespoon butter in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until tender. Add broth, vinegar and cranberries. Heat to a boil. Cook 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in remaining butter. Serve over pork chops.
