Stew, Chili, Cincinnati Skyline - 2 pounds ground beef
- 3 cups water
- 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1-1/2 teaspoons each salt, ground allspice and vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- Mix ground beef and water until soupy.
- Mix in other ingredients. Simmer uncovered 3 hours. Stir occasionally.
