Hello, I'm looking for simple recipes I can cook with kids.  I work with special needs children and with kids ages 5 to 12 at a daycare.  I like to cook with both groups once a week.  I need recipes that can be cook on a stove or in a microwave.  I, also, need recipes for a diabetic. If you can help me with either of these it would be appreciated.  Thank you, Kathyann

Hi, Kathyann

I found a great site for you:  chef2chef.com.  There you will find links to several sites where there are hundreds of recipes for kids and diabetics.  I hope it helps.  If not, let me know and I will go tear them apart.  McClug

McClug,
Thanks for the info.  Your an Angel.  I bookmarked the site and I think it will be very helpful.  Trying to find easy recipes that are for a diabetic and that teenagers like can be very frustrating.  The younger children at the daycare  are much easier to please.  Thank you again,
KathyAnn
