Hi, everyone.  My name is Debbie, and I am from Mass.  I actually am not a non-cook, but I'm almost always too busy.  Plus, like many cooks, I hate the clean-up part!!  One-pot meals, slow-cooker meals, foil meals for the oven....I want 'em.  I also want dishes that use meat as a flavoring or a garnish......we are not vegetarians, just cheap.  (as in 'fixed income')  After cooking for so many years, (never mind how many!)  I'm starting to bore myself!!  Hope to hear from someone.

Do any of you Noncooks have any favorites for Debbie? 

One thing that comes to my mind is in the Fish and Seafood category; Salmon in Foil.  There is also a Chicken in Foil recipe  somewhere in Poultry which I will try to find for you.  It goes without saying that the Crockpot category is full of goodies.  I'll search for some recipes using meat for flavoring or garnish.  Stay tuned......McClug
