Ariel, If you have been on OurGoldenYears today you realize that a lot of people have had many and various problems that they attribute to MSN.  Maybe you should wait a few days before you take your computer to the shop.

I wasn't able to get into Chat tonight over there, and then I tried it here and can't here either.  I had made some adjustments on my computer earlier today because I couldn't get into their General Board.  I'm wondering if THOSE adjustments are what have me shut out of Chat now??????

Who knows??????

And I don't know what "corrupt" means, on a computer, anyway.

There have also been times when the 'server is working
on the system and unless you call in to check for any
announcements  that affect your area, you might think
its your puter.   Thas happened to me in the past.

One thing you might try, is to hit your refresh button, F5 on your computer.

I might suggest; Be sure you DON"T have the "Use Plain Text editor"  or "Use HTML" checked.

My reply box is the same as always.

Another suggestion, have you tried 'Go Back' or
'System Restore'?  Those programs always get
my computer back up and running perfectly.
