I found a place that is transfering everything to it's site....just like Multiply does, but I like this forum better. WE WILL ALL LEARN TOGETHER..... It's going to take about 72 hrs. I guess, I'll let you know the addy after they are through. Whew...load off my mind. Keep your fingers crossed!!! Sure hope you like this "New Home". |

Yes, we are....but....this site will remain till they (MSN) close it, I think. I just filled out the forms, chose a color and skin, ...All can be changed if you like, they do the work then I go in and tweek, and let you know where to come...like here they will ask for a profile....password and all the usual...that's all I know. |

Sounds great to me Ellen. I am also wondering if it is Aimoo. I am setting up one there, but did not see an option for moving sites from MSN. In any case, you may want to let Multiply move us as well [if that is possible] so that if you do not like the place you have chosen, we will have Multiply as another option. Mercifully we have a lot of time to try places. I like the ones with the option of migration. Starting from cratch is way too much work for one person. |

Ellen, I went back and had a look. I did find the migration section. Do you understand what they mean by private -vs- public groups and archieved data? By being Public Restricted, like this group, will they be able to transfer everything? By archieved, do they mean everything we have showing, everywhere? |

Eln: Have you looked at this site? I read about it on Community Managers. |
