Go to Member Tools, then to My Profile, then to Edit My Profile. Keep choosing Edit my Profile until you actually get an option to change your nickname. Then click Save Changes
I went there my self, and had to keep clicking the edit thing, several times, until finally one came up to edit my nickname. There are lots of options before you finally get to where you want to go.
