A short while ao, we had a brief discussion on the TRIVIA thread about
computer problems - just have to give you the good news about the outcome of
mine. First of all, the PC "had" the Spyware infection for about two months and neither Spybot nor Adware, as recommended by MSN, was able to get rid of it and
it was installed and uninstalled twice. The XP "had" the Sasser Worm virus for about
a month; it gave no real problem except Norton gave the notice about it every time
the desk top was available and wouldn't go away.
After all that time of sheer frustration and hours wasted, both have been cleaned-out
by a very good and competent MSN Technician of a higher level. However, I had
to go through hell before reaching this level. They called me one day, much to my
surprise, and offered their help. I was lucky enough to get a technician who knew
exactly what he was talking about and we walked together through both computers
and got rid of  the pests. It took about 1/2 hour or so, total.  What a relief!!
HAPPY ENDING. Thanks for listening.

I am so glad for you that you got your problem solved.  We have dealt with the MSN tech. at various times.  Not always successfully, but they can be of help.

Ariel, be sure and ask your son-in-law first; you won't have
to wait so long to get the right answer.  LOL
