You can find a million animated gif sites where all animations are free. Some even tell you how.

I'll post a site after trying to 'splain how to do it. (Anyone else feel free to jump in)

When you find a pic or gif you like, right click it and either choose "Save in" or "copy".

If you start with the copy, it might be easier. Then to post it, after you write your post, or wherever your curser is, click "PASTE". That's the clip board at the top left. I copied this one

Just hold down your right mouse and highlight the pic, choose copy from above, then go where you want to post it and click paste.
