1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup Fleischmann's Margarine
1 1/3 cups firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks, divided
1/1 cup chopped dried cranberries, divided
Pam No-Stick Cooking Spray
1/2 cup chopped nuts

COMBINE flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl;  set aside.  Beat margarine and brown sugar in a large bowl until creamy.  Add eggs, flour mixture, 1/2 cup chocolate chunks, and 1/4-cup cranberries; blend well.
SPREAD batter into a 13x9 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.  Sprinkle evenly with remaining chocolate chunks, cranberries and nuts.
BAKE in a preheated 350 degree oven 28-32 minutes or until a deep golden brown.

I made these Thanksgiving time and they really turned out good.  They are best if kept in the refrigerator and eaten cold.  Of course that just may be my taste.  They are good at room temp. also.  They freeze good, needless to say.
