1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour Mix together in saucepan.
2 cups milk
2 egg yolks Wisk together and add to flour & sugar.
Cook over med heat till thick, stirring
frequently.
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla Stir into hot mixture and pour into
baked pie shell. Top with merangue &
brown at 350° for approx. 10 - 12 min.
