36 large shrimp peeled and deveined.
12 slices of bacon cut into thirds.
Soy sauce (you may use Lite Soy Sauce for less salt)
A greased (very slightly) pan
toothpicks
Marinate the shrimp in soy sauce turning them after a 1/2 hour. At the end of one hour, wrap a 1/3 slice of bacon around the middle of each shrimp. Pin each one in place with a toothpick. Line them up on the pan. Place under the broiler until the bacon is cooked to your liking. remove the shrimp from the pan and serve immediately. This recipe can be doubled or tripled.

Sounds good, Kathy....I have shrimp.....need the bacon!
