THIS IS A TEX-MEX FAVORITE
1 pound bulk breakfast sausage
2 cups shreeded cheddar
2 cups bisquick
24 jalapenos  jarred
1lb block of colby jack cheese
Cut jalapenos in half and remove seeds
Put a piece of co-jack cheese  in each pepper
Mix sauasage,bisqick and cheddarput this mixture aroundeach pepper.
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes...............Freezes well

Tried it, liked it, but used mild green chilis instead of jalapenos. Mmmm Mmmm good!
