1 1/2 Cup peanut butter
1 1/2 sticks butter
4 1/2 cups confection sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbs milk
Spray 9 inch pie plate

Combine peanut butter & butter microwave at 80% 1-2 min.
Add remaining ingredients mix press into pie plate. Microwave at 80% 1 min.
Refrigerate 1-2 hrs.
Cut in wedges, wrap in colorful cellophane or saran wrap, with a bow or decoration. Makes great gifts for
mailman, neighbors............or you can eat it all yourself like I did!

But ELN, that recipe has no chocolate!  How can you have fudge without chocolate.  The foundations of my beliefs are crumbling if something with no chocolate can be called fudge.
