The scene opens up backstage at the American Airlines Arena in Dallas, Texas; location of the of the upcoming edition of SKCW Mayhem!. Things focus in on C.K. Syndrome standing in front of a black backdrop with an evil smile on his face. He gruffly cleared his throat and began to speak.
