Stable History: Evolution X-Males

SKCW.Com will be looking at some of the histories of stables in the company. This Edition is Evolution X-Males

The "King of Kings"/"Game" Triple H: Triple H was the mastermind behind Evolution X. Triple H first formed Evolution X several years ago with himself, Matt Hardy, Kurt Angle, and Shane Douglas making up the original team although Douglas would only be a very short member of the team. Over the next few years, E-X would come and go on a few occassions with Hunter, Matt Hardy, and Kurt Angle always making it up with other people coming in and coming out. Triple H has been with E-X for nearly its entire run only being out of the group for a short time when Matt and Kelli attempted to over throw him but eventually cooler heads would prevail. While the group is not around currently, Triple H remains the official Leader.

The "Sensei of Mattitude" Matt Hardy: Matt Hardy who himself has led his own "Mattitude Movement" always served as the second in command of Evolution X. Even despite the accomplished Kurt Angle also in the group, Hunter trusted Matt more. This may be due to the fact Matt was married to Hunter's sister Kelli but also because of Triple H and Kurt's love/hate relationship. Matt Hardy during E-X's run often times put his own personal gain on hold to help the better good of E-X. Matt Hardy helped Triple H remain at the top of the mountain and its the bond that was developed during E-X between the two that keeps them still on realitivly good terms today.

The "Olympic Hero" Kurt Angle: Kurt Angle was generally the third leg of the "tripod" at the top of E-X. Angle didn't always see eye to eye with Hardy and Triple H but always managed to smooth things out between the pair. Kurt also appeared to the one guy in the group that loved E-X the most. Angle was more willing then Triple H and Matt Hardy to reach out and help the younger members of E-X regardless of there stature. While Triple H can be credited to helping Charlie Haas elevate himself and Matt Hardy to Ryan Cage, Kurt Angle can be credited to just about every other member that came through E-X. Without Kurt Angle, E-X may not have been as successful as it was.

The "Franchise" Shane Douglas: Shane Douglas was apart of the original E-X. Douglas made the group up along with Triple H, Matt Hardy, and Kurt Angle and at the time were considered the top four stars in the company. This led many to believe that dark days were upon the fed for good but thanks to Douglas's best friend, Matt Walker that was not to be and after battling each other, Walker would eventually make Douglas see the light as Douglas would depart E-X and become one the groups biggest rivals.

The "Real Deal, No Gimmicks Needed" Matt Walker: Ironically enough, Matt Walker himself joined E-X. Originally, Walker was the man who fought the hardest against the group but Walker would sell out and join the group after being frustrated in his quest for gold. Walker would not last long though as Walker could not be a "Team Player" like Kurt Angle and Matt Hardy and eventually Walker would clash against Triple H and Matt Walker once again became one of E-X's biggest rivals.

The "World's Greatest Athlete" Charlie Haas: Charlie Haas joined E-X after jumping over from SCWE RAW after he went to the finals of the King of The Ring on the brand but did not favor in the outcome. Haas was a suprise entrant into the group considering he was still very new to the company. However it would be learned that Haas's success was no suprise because he was under the training of Triple H. Once in E-X, Haas always recieved pointers from Matt Hardy and Kurt Angle but always credits Triple H as the guy who helped him the most. Haas made his name for himself as part of E-X and still shows great admiration and respect for his mentor Triple H.

The "Legend Killer" Randy Orton: The "Legend Killer" Randy Orton always has been a follower of Triple H's. Orton's loyality is what most likely got him into E-X and while in E-X, Randy did achieve some success although Randy was mostly known as the "stooge" of the group due to the fact, Randy often found himself taking the beatings that superstars wanted to dish out on one of the higher ups of E-X. Randy also found himself kicked out of the group on several occassions but generally, Triple H held a soft spot for Randy. Randy still credits alot of his success to Triple H and Ric Flair who both helped him out greatly during his time in E-X.

Stevie Richards: Stevie Richards joined E-X mostly due to his obsession with his "flower" Victoria. Stevie was nothing more then her "stooge" during his time in the group and would often draw the ire of Triple H who would become annoyed with Richards. However, Stevie Richards gained alot out of being in E-X as it would help him go on to become "Big Stevie Cool" and form his bWo and would lead to Richards beating Triple H to become a World Champion. Richards would later go on to win a few more World Title's as well and go from being a lackey to a legitimate Main Event Superstar.

The "Nature Boy" Ric Flair: Ric Flair was more of a "mentor" in E-X then anything else. Flair would occassionally lace up the boots to compete but not very often. Flair was more of a part-time manager to Triple H and helped Randy Orton along in his career. Randy still to this day praises everything Ric Flair did for his career. Ric Flair would also make another major contribution to E-X later on as Ric's own son David Flair would eventually join E-X.

The "#1 M'Fer" Shannon Moore: Shannon Moore was Matt Hardy's #1 M'Fer during there time together in The Mattitude Movement so nobody was shocked to see Matt bring Shannon into E-X. Shannon continued to serve in the role of Matt's lackey for his entire stay in the group and would eventually wear out his welcome as on the orders of Triple H, Matt and Kelli Hardy would not only kick Shannon out of the group put severaly injure Moore putting him out of action for almost two years. Moore would eventually return to the ring as he is doing now and has patched up things with Matt and Kelli.

Ryan Cage: Ryan Cage took over the role that Charlie Haas held before him as the "Rookie" in the group that made it big. Unlike Haas though, Ryan Cage was not Triple H's hand picked student, Cage became Hardy's pupil as Matt Hardy helped Ryan Cage along in every aspect of his career. Together the two would become a dominant Tag Team and Cage would also go on to have a very successful singles career which included a very long undefeated streak. Cage is currently not active in SKCW but he definatly made his mark during his time in E-X.

David Flair: Ric Flair's son. David's early days were marked with alot of failures. David did not have any success yet managed to remain in the group due to his father Ric. Eventually, E-X's patience with Flair would pay off as David would find some minor success. David though was more of a "lackey" and a "stooge" then anything else.
