Since the rate the movie thread was very popular, I decided to do a favorite movies thread. Feel free to list as many as you want and also you can discuss others choices
 
I'm just gonna do top 5 for now but I may add more later
 
1) American Beauty (easily my favorite movie of all time. I could watch it every day and never get sick of it. It's such an amazing movie and if you haven't seen it, go see it. This also made me a huge Kevin Spacey fan. But the whole cast did amazing)
2. The Truman Show (in my opinion, the greatest original screenplay ever)
3. Crash
4. Swimfan (I dont know why, but I just love this movie)
5. The Departed

um, there are so many for me like I will just note practically all the comic book heroes as being favorites, but taking them out of the equation I would go with..
 
1) American History X (easily my favorite just because I love how much the character Edward Norton plays changes his mind, great story and well played out)
2) Amityville Horror (old ones used to scare me shitless when I was younger, but I got back into them with the Ryan Reynolds newer one)
3) Donnie Darko
4) The SAW Series(all of them just love the plot of the whole movie)
5) ok it may sound a little strange saying this but Alice in Wonderland, don't know what it is, just kinda fell for the whole story concept.

Donnie Darko! Shit I love that movie. It would be in my top 10 definitely
Only saw the first 2 SAW's and eh, I like the concept I guess, but not really the movie? If that makes sense
Forrest Gump obviously a classic
Remember the Titans, another classic, seen it like 829 times
Hate Ace Ventura...sorry
Dumb and Dumber was good...but Dumb and Dumberer was horrendous :)
I like most of the Halloween series
And of course The Nightmare Before Christmas was great

wow i love movies .. and i have so many favourites but here's a few (and i know that once i post this i'm going to think of a million more that i should have listed lol)
 
All the LOTR movies ... I just love these and can watch them over and over again!
Halloween - i prefer the original
Scream - all of 'em
Serenity - cos i love everything 'firefly'
Million Dollar Baby
Pitch Black
Pretty much anything M Night Shylaman does .. signs, the village, sixth sense
 
okay i'm gonna stop there otherwise i never will hehe

♥Grandmas Boy...I kinda live for the line "I love my turtle"
♥Donnie Darko....Frank is awesome.
♥Corpse Bride...I used to watch it everynight before bed. Their spindly little feet amuse me.
♥JawBreaker...It's like the original Mean Girls but with murder <3
♥The Punisher...something about it, possibly the final scene with the punisher symbol in fire as Travolta is pulled through it, or possibly just cause it Tom Jane....mmm...
