S C O T T :Scott Hill is shown sitting:  -Scott Hill- You may be sitting there right now wondering why exactly is SKCW Majority Owner "Super Sexy" Scott Hill doing this. Is this for a storyline in SKCW? No it is not. I have decided to do this because its a new feature we are trying out for the company. Just like Matthews Mat and Getting Personal, I am always looking for new ways to innovate SKCW and what better way then a message from your owner or owners if Stevie decides to do one of his own. Now there are a lot of topics I want to touch on here some will be popular some will not. Some may want people to quit, some may not. This is for the most part all Out of Character. Now the first thing which by no means is the most annoying but its something I have come across when looking at other e feds. Back when we first started SKCW, we knew we wanted to keep the name OverDrive! and hence we did but we also wanted some new and innovative something no other efed had so we looked at a ton of feds to make sure the name we picked out wasn't taken and well it wasn't. So we came up with Genocide, we were the first company with that name but now you look at nearly ever efed out there and they all have the name of a show called Genocide. It's highly annoying not that we aren't used to be ripped off. See back before all of these other efeds had "contracts" and "salary systems", KSCWE tried it. We tried it in December of 2002 and kept until March of 2003. Why did we get rid of it? Because tried to take it a whole new level then these other companies wouldn't dream of doing and that was we even had Free Agency where people could sign with other brands based on there salary's or what have you and it just became more work then what it was worth. We also were the first open Storyline Company and while we still take a huge amount of heat for being a storyline fed there are a lot of other ripoffs out there and everyone who comes in who thinks there a big shot tries to get us to change our policy but the storyline policy will never change. It's worked wonders for us and has helped us build an empire. What other efed can claim to have a main site, a extras site, a archives site, a designs site, and a vacation site that are all up and running smooth? None. Most companies can barely hold one site together let alone 5. That's something I'm proud of and also our core members loyalty. I must admit there are a lot of times when I "lose my smile" doing this for many reasons but even when it comes to the extreme like closing the company down, you people come right back and want it back and ultimately talk me and Stevie in to it. Now before I continue I would like to personally thank Kaci for coming back to the company. Her return has really helped keep this company up and going so good now because its put me in a very pleasant mood not only for personal reasons but also because we now have the greatest KSCWE/SKCW Diva of all time back on the roster. I know in efedding there is a lot of jealousy and I don't mean to personally point out Kaci seeing as some of the girls already don't like her due to her spot but its just something I had to do. I'm not saying she is the only great diva though because we have Kelli who SKCW couldn't survive without her, she keeps it going. She has really become the backbone of this company. Zoe and Krystal are also very good and keep the divas great and we have some great up and comers like Brittany and its good to see Shay back. The male division though I must admit isn't what it once was. I'm still around as is Stevie but that's basically it for the legends with a lot out for many reasons. We have Dave and Matt near the top and Jared and John just go about there business and our best up and comers we have is Nick and Tim right now although we are attempting to work on bringing in more people. Now I do want to touch on our Exclusive Rule which takes a lot of grief. Now ironically this rule was submitted to Stevie by the former superstar Thunder who suggested it and Stevie dismissed it at first but after we talked about it, we sorta fell in love with it and well we put it in and wouldn't you know Thunder was the first guy to try to break it and quit because of it but anyways the rule is not going to go anywhere now. It really brings a level of realism to the company and also protects SKCW's interests as well as well as your character's. I know that many confuse a lot of people and people will always try to find a loophole but we aren't going to budge on it. Now I was planning on talking on the whole Blood Bath Mess but I will save that for another time as well as anything else I left out. This is just a sample to see what kind of reaction this gets so I guess until next time(if there is a next time)   :Scene Fades Out: H I L L
