S C O T T :Scott Hill is shown sitting:  -Scott Hill- It's been a few months since one of these has been done so I've decided to do one mostly to show off my brand new banner and thanks again Kry for doing it. Things in SKCW continue to run very smoothly and I'm happy about that. I don't want to jinx anything by saying this but since the whole Black Friday fiasco where most people believed we had killed the fed by firing as many as we did has actually turned out to be a great move just as we predicted. With the exception of Nick's minor stuff we have run drama free since then. We have also hired a few of the people caught in the cross fires of that mess back such as Dave although Dave is more or less a consultant at the time but still none the less is apart of SKCW and recently Stevie hired back the guy that was CK Syndrome to be apart of the Diva Search. I'm very apperciative of the fact the fed has been drama free and its made SKCW fun for everyone involved.   Speaking of the Diva Search, we are getting ready to do the 2nd ever diva search. Now last year's Diva Search was a success although it almost wasn't. The Diva Search had just started when that Black Friday crap started up and a few of the people fired were apart of it so had to try to manuver and all that to make those people get eliminated and such. We had actually considered dropping the Diva Search but decided to go on due to the fact it was only like 2 divas out of the remaining 9 that were fired and it was good move. Four of the divas still remain from last year's contest, that being Kristin Tuselli, Traci Lowell, Inverna Sinclair, and Andrea Amidala with Kristin and Inverna firmly apart of the Women's Division while Andrea will wrestle an occassional match and Traci who actually won last year's serves as Sean Walker's manager. Although those are the only four still in the company Kandy Kane and Rebecca Cunningham did stick around after there eliminations for a few weeks anyway before being released. We hope this year's is a bigger success then last year's and we are interested in hiring outside divas for the Diva Search as well inside the fed too but as always we don't want anyone to join it if there going to over do themselves. A common question is always what happens if you don't win the Diva Search and your diva will not be released unless you want to be released. Despite it being a Diva Search all SKCW Divas are given a SKCW Contract, winning the Diva Search gives you a very good accomplishment and potentially will give you some sort of reward like a Women's Title Shot or something although I can't really say for sure that would happen.   Now one final note about the Diva Search is we put last year's page underneath this year's page and all the links for the Diva Search Pages do in fact work including those no longer in the fed. We felt people may want to look back at last year's divas or whatever so hence we re-added them all although you can't get to them from Extras due to the pages being hidden but the links work for it.
