I first had the pleasure of meeting this lovely lady in September 2002 and again in June 2003. On both occasions she had me enthralled with tales of her childhood and her working life.  Her eyes sparkled and danced with mischief and excitement as she recounted her stories and made us all laugh, her frown formidable when Donna remembered something differently.
