Urgh!!! - that's about all I have to say about this! OK - Game plan is...... Arrange things into these folder pockets/boxes - whatever - Sort papers
- Sort into piles - DAILY
- TRASH!!!!!
- financial stuff
- Current bills - IL
- Current bills - MA
- Last year's tax stuff from wherever
- Other "keep it's" in appropriate check envelopes
- Things to do folder - when folder is full - PROCESS
- Filing folder - when folder is full - FILE it!!!!
- Pending information - this folder should NOT be full - if it is then there is something drastically wrong here - go through it!
- Copy folder - see pending folder information! Items that can be placed in notebooks - need a separate folder in things to do
- Family folder
- Process papers in Things to Do folder - This is a Wednesday job.
- Track each item that comes up - CURRENT things first!
- Upon completing each item - note which file it goes into and FILE it!
- More later!
- File papers - Daily - Massive filing on Thursdays
- Check pending files on Wednesdays
- Financial stuff -
- Consider doing on daily basis
- Massive financial stuff on Mondays
- Copy stuff - xerox or whatever - Xerox or copy date is on Wednesdays
Family stuff (notes to be sent to son or daughter or sis - also I pick up son's mail for him) - collect on daily basis but take to son every 2nd or 4th week (he comes here on alternate weeks). Contact him if anything important. - Saturdays |
