Someone put this link on another board I'm on. Its so cool!  You can swap books for just the postage it takes to mail them to someone.

Textbooks (homeschoolers are you paying attention???), paperbacks, hardcover, audio etc etc.  I've already mailed a book off and I just joined it yesterday.  A great way to purge your library and get "new" (to you) books.

Yes, unfortunately it is only in the US and territories

I guess its understandable when you consider postage for mailing overseas. It would defeat the purpose.

Something else neat on the site once you join. In the discussion forums is a "book bazaar".  People post special sales on their books. I just got 3 books for 1 credit!

I love my bargains!!! LOL

Yep you get one credit for each person that signs up and posts their first 10 books. Be sure to go on the discussion forums and check out the Book Bazaar. People offer great deals on there 3 books for 1 credit, 4 for 1...etc.  They also sell their extra credits on there, so if you are short of credits, you can get them cheaper than buying directly from paperback swap.   I've already sent 3 orders of books out and received 2 orders of books.  I'm loving it......

Thanks for bumping it Dee! I added 6 books the other day and 3 are already claimed! This site is amazing! I got 5 childrens books (hardcovers on some!) in perfect shape for 1 credit.  Watch the discussion board/book bazaar for great deals!  I have gotten teacher books....saving me TONS of money!!
