SOAR-2

Hey ladies.. first time I've had a chance to get here today.. went to moms for Thanksgiving dinner.. we all had a good day, of course we passed little man around so he may not sleep good tonite, but Lisa said he slept all night last nite, she had her alarm to go off at 4a.m. to feed him, but he woke her up at 3a.m. wanting to eat.. so one time at nite isn't too bad.. anyhooo.. I did post a pic of Baby James on the general board, I hope it opens up for everyone.. oh ya.. talk about just one more thing to add to this weeks going ons..

We had been in & out today because it was a super warm day for Thanksgiving, sunny out.. well the back door was open & moms storm door has heavy glass in it.. I had went to the bedroom to get the girls Christmas pics to show dh & I hadn't seen them real good myself & as I came back thru the kitchen dh said girls don't you go out that door.. well, I turned & looked as they both just kinda slid thru the door & out on the patio.. I laid the pics down, kinda hurried out the door & by the time I turned the corner of the house, the girls were clear 1/2 way down past moms side door running down the sidewalk around to the front of the house which at that time had one car after another running down thru both ways.. I was thinking maybe they will go around the house, but NO.. they went straight down that sidewalk towards the highway.. I hollered at them & of course they thought we were playing a game & laughed & run faster... I then screamed at them & kadence stopped and so did emma, but emma turned & started to take off again, but I grabbed her arm & oh man, mama whooped her & left red marks on her leg.. BUT.. I told mom better that than out in traffic.. I was shaking sooooo bad by the time I got them in the house & I really don't know if anybody else there knew how close they were to getting to the road.. except lisas sister kelly who had to work this a.m. & was on the road getting ready to turn & saw them running & screamed at them too.. not to mention.. I have more or less babied myself when it comes to my leg that popped & couldn't put weight on back in Feb. of this year.. but it's gotten better & don't even really bother me.. but I haven't run like that in I don't even know when.. so I think it is kinda stiff feeling tonite, but geez.. Thank God I could run when I needed to & Thank God I got to emma before she got any farther.. I think that zapped any energy I had left in me.. so when we came home I went & propped my feet up and sat in my chair & dozed.. almost all nite.. & still feel like I could sleep that much longer.. so, not sure how tomorrow will go, have to go with mom to the funeral home to get all the flowers, cards, etc...& then we have to divide everything up, plants, figurines, etc.. then not sure if I'm going, but have dinner at mils tomorrow too..
If there is work I need to work & oh my gosh having the girls 2 nites & everything else I need a redo/start over job & would really like to get my tree & decorations up this weekend.. so we will see.. have a great nite & cya all tomorrow.. God Bless ~ gina
