Me... well I'm up and down.  Going to the doc today and seeing about upping my dose.  I still have anxiety about the grocery store.  I've been there once since my dad died Sept 2nd.  I need to be able to go next weekend for Thanksgiving supplies.  I guess I need prayer on this.
