| Make sure that you have logged into your Aimoo account, and then access My Control Panel >Community>Community Setting >category to add new categories or sub-categories as you like. |

| The reason why you cannot find any where to post topics is probably that you may not created any sub-category in your category. Please get to your control panel > community setting > category > add sub-category. |

| Yes, if you dont want some categories open to the public, just access My Control Panel >Community>Security>Users Access Type to set the access privilege. |

| First login to your Aimoo account, then access your left-hand control panel > manage community > members > manage members, tick a member or several members, select the user title (a drop-down box at the bottom of the page) as Moderator, click on Submit button to confirm. After that, get to the moderator section to set the exact category and privileges for the moderator. |

| 11. I don't want a member to access my forum any more, is there any possibility to do that? |
| Yes, you may ban the member in your left-hand control panel > manage community > security > banning, insert one of the three options including username, email and IP address and then the members cannot enter your forum any more. |
