Thanks, Jody!  I am going to do some Christmas cooking today.  Dh's family has an appetizer layout for when we open presents (which will be on Friday night this year) and a regular sit-down dinner the day after.  I'm excited about the appetizers and entrees we're contributing this year.  Dh is going to grill some ribs and smoke a pork shoulder for the dinner, and I'm making lots of little things.  I'll use my hour to get some of that done while I'm feeling motivated.  It will probably take longer than an hour, but here goes...
