Order: transitive verb1: to put in order : arrange2 a: to give an order to : command; order suggests a straightening out so as to eliminate confusion

What are simple things you do to create quick order in your daily life?  It can be cleaning, organizing, sheduling, budgeting etc.

In a way this goes right with PEACE if there is ORDER there is more PEACE. But we have to do this for ourselves and not be martyrs of our houses. We want to make homes for our families and teach our children how to make a house a home for when they are grown and on thier own they will know what to do.

Taking simple steps is the key.

My am routine brings order to the house & peace to my mind.
When that is done, I am ready for the world. When it is not............ I don't have peace, I have the "I should be doing something" feeling or just plain ol' guilt.

Also meal planning has brought a lot of order & peace to my home.Money is  tight right now, but by preparing weekly menus & having healthy, inexpensive food items in the house, the fattening & costly takeout meals are almost non-existent.
Dh is relieved he is not coughing up $40 plus  for 1 meal, when we can have a healthy feast for under $12.
Thanks Soar Sistas for helping me with my menu planning.

BTW Stac, I love the dictionary idea.
When I hit order, a few things jumped out at me, besides the usual order.

Cease & desist order. Could apply to clutter. Stop it now, lol.

Gag order: Stop whining - will bring a lot more peace.
