Fridge boogie time.  Got some holiday leftovers that no one has touched in a few days?  Afraid to open up some of those containers?  Now's the time to get over your icky food fear and clean out the fridge.  Toss out food that's past it's prime, and get rid of the holiday leftovers that no one is going to eat.

After the last time I cleaned out the fridge, I've stayed on top of this for a change.. I do have 2 items off the top of my head I need to do away with from Christmas today~

Great work, Gina!  It's so much easier to just maintain, isn't it?  I've been eating my way through the leftovers that are still good.  lol  I have a ton of ham that I need to do something with before it goes bad.  Can you freeze ham?
